Account Crashed?

I Think My Account Has Crashed? Im Called 0W3N On The Hotel.. and when i attempt to go on my account it just says that it could be offline but it lets me go to the account creation thing? so.. i mite make a new account.. if i do i would be called 0wen ( Zero - W - E - N )
So... Ye..
Oh! and when the hotel says its online i try to login but it says its offline, i also try to make another account but it still says its offline? please Help..
